Cancellation Policy
OUR POLICY ***FOR YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT- PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY TO COMPLETE CONSENT & CLIENT INTAKE FORMS** To ensure to get the appointment that you request, we suggest to book your appointment at least 2 weeks in advance. 50% deposit is required for our Signature, Ultimate & Aromatherapy Experiences We do understand that LIFE HAPPENS, so please contact us within 48 hours to cancel/change your appointment. In the event a client fails to cancel their appointment and no shows, they will be charged 100% of the total missed service. Second time NO Shows will no longer be able to book an appointment with Urban Relaxation Massage Experience. We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment for another date. If you are unwell, please call to reschedule within 24 hours; this includes coughing, eye infections, colds and the like. Thank you for your support & understanding!
